Mission

The mission of FC Las Vegas is to develop well-balanced, successful student athletes in a healthy, positive soccer environment. We will promote and develop excellence in club soccer based on the values of skill, sportsmanship and character at all times. We will aim at providing the highest caliber coaching and training to our players so that they may maximize their athletic and personal potential.

Philosophy

While FC Las Vegas does emphasize the importance of winning soccer games, from a coaching stand point, the long term development of our soccer players takes priority.

The FC Las Vegas program reflects a uniform soccer philosophy throughout our youth teams. The general components of the FC Las Vegas teaching philosophy are structured around the technical, physical, tactical and mental aspects of the game.
