FCLV Juniors 2010 Spring Season Registration The FC Las Vegas Juniors Program was formed in 2004 to help promote soccer to boys and girls between the ages of 4 and 10. The Juniors Program emphasizes technical skills and sportsmanship in a fun and safe environment for all. There are no tryouts for our Juniors Programs....every player makes a team (space provided).
Quick Links Club Dues: $130.00 (includes: club administration fees, coaching fees, club programs, Vegas Cup tournament entry. Does not include league fees). Uniform Kit: $135.00 (Unfiorm kit will be used for 2.5 years. Kit Includes: 1 black adidas socks, 1 black adidas shorts, 1 black adidas game jersey, 1 red adidas training jersey, 1 adidas sackpack). *Uniform kit for players joining existing FCLV team may vary slightly. To register for an FCLV Juniors team for the 2010 Spring Season just complete these two easy steps: 1. Register online at: 2009-2010 FCLV Online Registration (Players that have previously used the gotsport online registration system in previous seasons should use the "registered users" side of the link above) 2. Complete and send the following items to FC Las Vegas (7345 S Durango Drive #B107-327, Las Vegas NV 89113) - USYNV Player Registration Form (PDF Document) - FCLV Player Uniform Order Form (PDF Document) - Copy of Players Birth Certificate (Can be uploaded to online system*) - 2 Wallet Sized Face Pictures of Player (Can be uploaded to online system*) - Payment- Check or Money Order Made Payable to FCLV(Can pay with credit card on online system*) *Items in blue can be done online or sent in. If item is done online there is no need to send in also. To upload a picture or a birth certificate to your account you can go to the following link: Player login Once logged in to your account click on the "My Profile" link. You can then upload your picture on this page. To upload the birth certificate click on the "Club Documents" link in the My Profile page.
