The 2009 - 2010 Weekly Speed Training Schedule will begin on August 18th, 2008
Please Note: Athletes should arrive 10 minutes early to warm up.
2007 - 2010 Warm Up Video Distance for each drill is 18 yards x 2

Cool Down Distance for cool down drills is 18 yards.
Stretching Stretching should be performed after each practice and game as soon as the cool down is done.
