How To Register

To register for an FCLV team for the upcoming season just complete these two easy steps by:

(All players, NEW AND RETURNING, must complete ALL steps below unless noted as "New FCLV Players Only")

1.  Register online for the 2009-2010 Season- CLICK HERE FOR ONLINE REGISTRATION

(Players that have previously used the gotsport online registration system in previous seasons should use the "registered users" side of the link above)

2.  Complete and bring the following items to one of the FC Las Vegas Player Signing Days listed below

     a.  USYNV Player Registration Form (PDF Document)

     b.  US Club Soccer Registration Form (pdf document)

     c.  FCLV Player Uniform Order Form (PDF Document)

                - Players needing to try uniforms on can do so at the FC Las Vegas Player Signing Days

     d.  Copy of Players Birth Certificate (New FCLV Players Only) (Can be uploaded to online system*)

     e.  2 Wallet Sized Face Pictures of Player (New FCLV Players Only)(Can be uploaded to online system*)

     f.  Payment- Check or Money Order Made Payable to FCLV(Can pay with credit card on online system*)

Saturday: June 6th, 2009 from 10:00am to 1:30pm at Alexander Dawson School

Wednesday: June 10th, 2009 from 6:00pm to 8:00pm at Desert Breeze Park (Field #1)

Saturday: June 13th, 2009 from 11:00am to 1:00pm at Desert Breeze Park (Field #1)

(If you are not able to attend one of the dates above you can mail the items to 7345 S Durango Drive #B107-327, Las Vegas NV 89113)

*Items in blue can be done online or sent in.  If item is done online there is no need to send in also.  To upload a   picture or a birth certificate to your account you can go to the following link:  Player login   Once logged in to your account click on the "My Profile" link.  You can then upload your picture on this page.  Please make sure it is a good face pic that can be used for a player card.   To upload the birth certificate click on the "Club Documents" link in the My Profile page.

2009/2010 Payment Information

The payment and timely collection of fees is a critical component to establishing long term viability for our club.  It is also one of the most difficult.  We have spent a tremendous amount of time establishing fees that balance the needs of our club and the resources of our families.  We firmly believe when families experience the professional training and coaching as well as character development of their sons and daughters, they will realize a tremendous return on their modest investment.
